Case Manager

Social worker to provide clinical and case management services. Masters degree in social work; or llp preferred, with a minimum two (2) years experience.

Job responsibilities include:

Individual, family, and group therapy
Complete clinical progress notes
Assessments, provide treatment plans and goals
Client advocacy
Attend court hearings, provide expert testimony and provide recommendations

Specialized Residential Aide (SRA)

To supervise and direct adult males; must be a team player, experienced preferred, must have valid chauffeurs license, HS diploma or GED, ability to pass state fingerprint clearance, able to lift 50 lbs, and climb stairs.
