Case Manager
Social worker to provide clinical and case management services. Masters degree in social work; or llp preferred, with a minimum two (2) years experience.
Job responsibilities include:
- Individual, family, and group therapy
- Complete clinical progress notes
- Assessments, provide treatment plans and goals
- Client advocacy
Specialized Residential Aide (SRA)
To supervise and direct adult males; must be a team player, experienced preferred, must have valid chauffeurs license, HS diploma or GED, ability to pass state fingerprint clearance ,able to lift 50 lbs, and climb stairs.
